1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device when you visit a website. Cookies allow a site to recognize you across visits, remember preferences, and measure how the site performs. We also use similar technologies — local storage, server-side session identifiers and pixel tags — and refer to all of them collectively as "cookies" in this policy.
2. Categories of cookies we use
We set the smallest number of cookies that lets the site work, lets us understand how it's performing, and lets returning visitors skip steps they have already taken. We do not run advertising or behavioral retargeting cookies on this site.
3. Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are required for the site to function and cannot be switched off. They include the session cookie (name: claimshielded_session), the cross-site request forgery token (name: XSRF-TOKEN), and a cookie-consent record (name: cs_consent) used to remember your preferences across visits. Without these, secure interactions like submitting the contact form would fail.
4. Analytics cookies
We run a privacy-respecting, first-party analytics layer that does not transmit personally identifiable information to third parties. It uses a rotating identifier (name: cs_anon) to count unique sessions and measure page performance. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the consent banner.
5. Functional cookies
Functional cookies remember non-essential preferences — language, dark-mode preference if you toggle it on, the last industry vertical you browsed. They are only used to make your next visit smoother and are never used for advertising.
6. Third parties
Our public site does not set advertising or social tracking cookies. Where we embed video or document players from third-party providers, those providers may set their own cookies. We disclose every active third-party embed at /trust/cookies and review the list quarterly.
7. Your controls
You can change your consent at any time by clicking "Cookie Settings" in the footer of the site. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies entirely. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent the site from functioning correctly; blocking analytics cookies has no impact on the services you receive.
Where applicable law requires opt-in consent for non-essential cookies, none are set until you explicitly accept them. Where applicable law allows opt-out, the consent banner is presented prominently on first visit and the choice is recorded server-side.
8. Changes to this policy
When we add, remove or materially change a cookie, we update this page and re-present the consent banner. Material changes are announced at least 15 days in advance on /trust/changelog.
